Shipping 

Due to COVID, shipping may take longer than posted. We are working to ensure all products will be shipped and received in a timely manner. Please bare with us as we work to serve our community and customers.

 

All orders will be shipped on Monday-Wednesday, excluding al major holidays.

On average, all orders will arrive at your location in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Processing

To ensure quick processing, please enter the mailing address correctly. Due to the nature of our line of handmade products, your order will be cancelled in the event of an address error. A full refund will be returned. 

Be sure to add all apartment, suite information. The more thorough you are at checkout the less likely you will face difficulty with ordering your products.

 

(WHOLESALE ORDERS)

All wholesale orders will take 7-10 business days to process before shipping. Providing you with quality products is our top priority. All wholesale purchases are made to order.

Refunds & Returns

Due to COVID and an abundance or caution, we will not be accepting returns. In light of these circumstances, please be vigilant of your selected products before you check out.

All sales are final.

Damaged & Altered Products

Tabby's Vanity is not responsible for any damages incurred while in transit. 

We do know that accidents happen. We want you to receive and enjoy your products in the way they were intended.

In the event that your products are received and damaged in any way; you contact Customer Services at tabbys.vanity@gmail.com within 48 hours.

Be sure to include, images and videos so we are able to properly asses the situation and offer resolution.

We cannot garuantee a full refund, but we will work to assist you, the buyer, with next steps during this process.

 

(MELTING PRODUCTS)

 

Based on shipping destination and the time of year our products may melt slightly while in transit.

Quality control is a crucial part of our day to day process and we do all that we can to ensure that your orders arrives to you in pristine condition. However, this does not guarantee butters, scrubs, etc. will not melt.

 

In the event you experience some melting, simply allow your products to harden at room temperature. 

Keep all products away from heat sources as to avoid any further melting. 

 

Store your butters, scrubs, etc. in a cool and dark space.
